Day 21, night time photography. I had been planning all day with it raining to take the fisheye lens out tonight after work and point it up and let some rain drops pool on the lens and then take some pictures and go for the interesting look that might give. Well of course by the time work was over the rain had stopped...so much for planning. I came home and decided to do some night time, long exposure shooting and practice with the tilt function on my TS-E 24mm f/3.5L so I headed up to the park and the boat house. What you see here is an HDR image. I shot 7 exposures at f/11 and 3 degrees of down tilt in the lens. I ended up only using 3 of the 7 images to get this final image. The photos were blended in Photomatix Pro and then brought back into Lightroom for some final curve and white balance adjustments. White balance wise I started with 'tungsten' and then tweaked it from there to arrive at the desired look. Shot with my 1DsMkII and TS-E 24mm f/3.5L lens, 3 degrees tilt, tripod mounted, remote shutter release and 7 exposures bracketed around f/11 and 10 seconds.
